We invented the 'slimline' shape
Slimline Tanks invented the slimline shape of watertank – now accepted as the ‘norm’ for domestic use.
First to achieve Watermark Certification
Slimline Tanks were the first Colorbond Steel Tank manufacturer to achieve Watermark Certification & Engineering – now required to be eligible for government rebate schemes.
Fully compliant to Australian Standards
Each of our tanks are compliant to AS1170, ATS5200, AS4100, AS4600 & AS 4020.
We developed the 'squared' shape
Slimline Tanks developed the now popular Slimline Squared tank design.
Watermark Approved
Our tanks are certified to ATS 5200.026 standards – proof of a tried and trusted tank design.
Genuine BlueScope
Our tanks are manufactured using BlueScope Steel and high-strength Henrob rivets, and sealed with approved food-grade silicon.
Colorbond Aquaplate
Our tanks are built with a specialised material from Bluescope Steel called Aquaplate which has a polymer lining that's safe for drinking water.
Australian Made
Each of our water tanks are individually produced in Gippsland, Victoria, under a strict quality control system.
